You can easily remesh static screens as well as the roller frame ones. 

You can do this your self with a stretching table and Newton Meter or there are services available to get old frames re-stretched for you.

A stretcher is important if you are going to do this yourself. Good tension is key in getting good prints.

You will want to have the clamp stretching system if all you want to do is static frames.

If you have a roller fram table you can stetch the mesh on a roller frame larger than the static frame

then insert the static frame into the open mesh area and glue the frame to the mesh.

then cut it free from the roller frame. Instant static restretch!
